São Paulo, July 2026 – Artificial intelligence is transforming the way campaigns, films, and content are produced, expanding the possibilities for the creative industry. Against this backdrop, Akkira emerges as an innovation studio founded by Marcelo Fernandes Ferreira, known as Tchelo.ko, a creative professional with more than 15 years of experience in the advertising industry and a career that includes agencies such as Grey, GUT, W+K, and Galeria.
Akkira was created to respond to this industry transformation with a model that integrates creativity and technology from the very beginning of every project. Rather than separating concept from execution, the studio brings together artists, creative minds, technology specialists, and developers within the same ideation and production workflow, allowing the same team to both develop the creative concept and implement the technological solutions.
“Generative AI is no longer just a tool—it has become a language. At Akkira, it is part of the creative process, expanding creative possibilities without replacing human sensitivity, creative direction, or artistic vision,” says Marcelo Fernandes, Founder and Creative Technology Director at Akkira.
The studio specializes in AI-generated imagery, cinematic video production, proprietary AI workflows, visual effects (VFX) and compositing, virtual production, and interactive experiences that combine augmented reality, programmable out-of-home media, and responsive digital installations.
Among Akkira’s standout projects is Falamansa’s music video, recognized as Brazil’s most-viewed AI-generated music video, with more than 10 million views. The production combined live-action footage of the musicians filmed in the studio with artificial intelligence to visually reconstruct the scenes. The entire project was completed in just 15 days, significantly reducing production time compared to traditional 3D animation workflows.
The studio’s portfolio also includes projects for brands such as Audi, Banco do Brasil, Betano, Europharma, Friboi, Maturatta, Nike, Nissan, Pepsi, Shell, and Nubank. For Nike, the company leveraged artificial intelligence and VFX to optimize visual production processes. For Nissan, it created an interactive experience that integrated programming, sensors, and digital out-of-home media to simulate, in real time, the automaker’s intelligent emergency braking technology.
Beyond audiovisual production, Akkira develops proprietary artificial intelligence workflows, creating custom algorithms and technical pipelines designed to expand creative possibilities while streamlining production processes.
Headquartered in São Paulo, the studio is led by Marcelo Fernandes and includes Fernanda Lima as Head of Operations and Renata Alessandre as Art Director. The company operates through a multidisciplinary collective of creatives and technology specialists, developing projects that bring together cinema, creativity, and artificial intelligence.
“At Akkira, we believe that the combination of cinematic expertise, art direction, and artificial intelligence opens up entirely new possibilities for audiovisual storytelling. Our goal is to continue exploring this language to create projects that are increasingly relevant to the market,” Marcelo Fernandes concludes.
