São Paulo, April 2026 – AIR+ATOMO announces a new phase marked by the consolidation of its operations across three complementary fronts. The structure brings together different specialties within an integrated operation, combining AIR—the country’s first creative production company specialized in generative AI—ATOMO, a reference in audiovisual post-production, and AIRTECH, focused on the development of platforms and solutions based on artificial intelligence.
AIR+ATOMO develops end-to-end projects, combining creative expertise in integrating AI with live action, post-production, and computer graphics. The proposal goes beyond the traditional production company model, positioning itself as a strategic partner in building creative, operational, and scalable solutions. The company already works with clients such as Vivo, Unilever, Samsung, Jeep, Peugeot, Natura, Grupo Boticário, Sinch, Hi-Chew, and JOVI, as well as audiovisual production companies and national and international agencies.
This new phase also marks AIR+ATOMO’s role within Artemis, a group of American investors that includes the audiovisual production company Surreal Hotel Arts. The partnership strengthens the ability to integrate AI and VFX resources into a structured operation capable of handling different demands and production volumes, while maintaining consistency in identity and language across ongoing cycles. Its first result is the acquisition of JOVI’s audiovisual account—the smartphone brand of Chinese giant Vivo Mobile Communication—following a competitive pitch, in an annual project involving the delivery of multiple assets throughout the year.
“AIR+ATOMO is guided by pillars that connect creativity, quality, and operational efficiency. We use AI to expand creative possibilities, seeking solutions that enhance and optimize production and post-production value. At the same time, we structure platforms that allow content to scale with consistency and efficiency, ensuring alignment with brand identity,” say partners Caio Montanari, Marcos “Boca” Ceravolo, and André de Souza.
With the new structure, AIR+ATOMO will be led by partners Caio Montanari, Marcos “Boca” Ceravolo, and André de Souza, alongside a restructured internal team of coordinators and post-production artists. The company also announces the arrival of Roberta Frederico as Executive Producer. With more than 20 years of experience in the audiovisual market, Roberta has built her career at production companies such as Piloto and Academia de Filmes, leading projects for national and international agencies and clients.
“I’m joining AIR+ATOMO to contribute to business expansion and support this new phase of the company. I bring a strategic 360° project perspective, with special attention to new technologies and post-production, to strengthen operations and expand delivery capabilities across different formats,” says Roberta Frederico.
