AI Is Telling Your Brand’s Story. LFL Morse Intelligence Reveals What It’s Saying
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Left Field Labs (LFL), the creative technology agency behind award-winning work for clients including Google, Salesforce, Qualcomm and Meta, has developed LFL Morse Intelligence, a proprietary brand intelligence engine built for the age of AI. It reveals how leading AI models, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, perceive, describe and recommend a brand, exposing the gap between the story a brand intends to tell and the one AI is conveying. Left Field Labs then works with clients to turn those insights into strategy, content and digital experiences that strengthen machine perception over time.

When someone asks an AI for a recommendation, it typically offers up just three brands. Not being listed means a brand is invisible. This “share of model” is the new battleground where category preference is won, reflecting everything these systems have already synthesized about you. LFL Morse Intelligence pulls back the curtain, showing brands exactly what those models are saying, where they align, and where they diverge.

Rich Foster, SVP, Creative at Left Field Labs, says: “The most important conversation about your brand is increasingly happening between your customer and an AI model. If AI misunderstands your company, flattens what makes you different, or recommends a competitor instead, that’s a business problem. We help brands understand how AI perceives them, where that perception diverges from their intended positioning and what they can do to strengthen it across their user digital experiences to fix it.”

LFL Morse Intelligence asks the way a real customer would and reports each answer as it comes. The differences are real: the same brand can score low in one model and favorably in another.

Each readback includes the brand’s AI perception score, a model-by-model gap analysis, the brand story as each model tells it, and an executive summary of the highest-impact findings.

Every analysis is run by Left Field Labs on a brand’s behalf, and the findings feed directly into a vision sprint, the agency’s first step in building the platforms, products, and experiences that help clients stay competitive in an LLM era.
