AGIT8 Creates Stylish Brand Transformation for Scandinavian Hospitality Group, UNITY Living

London, 9th July 2026 – Independent creative agency AGIT8 has unveiled a comprehensive brand redesign for Scandinavian hospitality group UNITY Living. Tasked with bringing together a diverse audience under a single brand, AGIT8 created a distinctive visual identity that balances Nordic simplicity with a vibrant, human-centred personality.

Following UNITY Living’s recent acquisition by The Mesh Group and Brookfield, AGIT8 was appointed to reimagine the brand. The agency developed a new logo and bespoke colour palette designed to reflect UNITY Living’s unique blend of accommodation offerings, uniting students, business travellers and short-stay guests under one cohesive identity.

To further enrich the brand experience, AGIT8 commissioned illustrator James Brandow to create a suite of distinctive, character-led illustrations. The bespoke artwork introduces warmth, personality and a contemporary sense of playfulness across the brand’s touchpoints.

Supporting the rollout of the new identity, AGIT8 partnered with web design agency Flourish to launch UNITY Living’s new website. Translating the refreshed visual language into a digital environment, the collaboration encompassed a complete overhaul of the platform’s copy, user experience and interface design, resulting in a more intuitive and seamless booking journey for guests.

The rebrand positions UNITY Living for its next phase of growth, delivering a unified and engaging brand experience across both physical and digital touchpoints.

Armon Bar-Tur, Chief Executive Officer at UNITY Living said;“The most successful real estate brands are those that evolve alongside the people they serve. UNITY Living is built around the changing needs of modern residents and travellers, and this new identity reflects that ambition with clarity, confidence and character.”

Commenting on the project, Alexander Stolerman, Managing Director at AGIT8, said: “Hospitality brands can feel like a sea of sameness. We wanted to create a brand that felt unmistakably UNITY – one that combines Nordic restraint with warmth, character and a sense of fun. The result is a distinctive identity that helps the brand stand apart while bringing together a diverse community of students, professionals and short-stay guests.”
