Adobe has appointed Omnicom as its global agency of record for marketing its Digital Experience (DX) and other enterprise solutions, with the collaboration set to begin this month.
Omnicom will partner with Adobe’s Enterprise Marketing team to craft and implement campaigns aimed at enterprise customers. The agency’s role will encompass strategic support in campaign development, customer journey mapping, messaging, personalization, and media engagement. Additionally, Omnicom will oversee the creation and global distribution of Adobe’s core content, promotional assets, and high-value offers, while also supporting flagship events such as Adobe Summit.
To manage the account, Omnicom will deploy integrated teams using a dynamic model that ensures top talent and expertise are aligned with Adobe’s needs. The agency’s responsibilities will span precision marketing, production, and strategic consulting, with potential for expanded scope as the partnership evolves.
