ADF Careers launched last year, unifying the Navy, Army, and Air Force under one recruitment brand. The new integrated brand platform, ‘Unlike Any Other Job,’ developed by VML, highlights the significant impact Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel make both domestically and internationally, while showcasing the personal and professional benefits of an ADF career.
Many young Australians seek meaningful work that also provides skill development and financial stability. The ADF offers these opportunities and more, with over 300 roles across maritime, land, air, cyber, and space domains, catering to a wide range of interests.
Produced by Collider and directed by Rupert Sanders, the campaign captures candid moments from the lives of ADF personnel, illustrating the diverse experiences and significant impact they have. The campaign also highlights the advanced capabilities, equipment, and technology utilized by the ADF.

The new brand platform launches across Australia with extensive touchpoints including TV and cinema, 3D OOH, digital audio, digital, social media, and events. It complements the revamped candidate website, which provides comprehensive information to help candidates find the best role for them.
