Seeking to expand its activities in the development of games and experiences for brands, in addition to always offering the best of the gaming ecosystem to customers and partners, DRUID Creative Gaming announces the acquisition of Rogue Unit, formerly known like Reallink. With this move, DRUID will offer the necessary support and experience to leverage the acquired company’s creativity and innovative potential.
Rogue Unit specializes in creating games and experiences for brands and communities, focusing on the popular gaming platforms Roblox and Zepeto. Possessing expertise ranging from the development of its own experiences and games to the production and publication of items and products within these environments, the company believes that immersive experiences have incredible potential to establish a lasting connection between brands and players, and is determined to explore all these possibilities.
According to Claudio Lima, CEO of DRUID, “We are committed to our customers and partners to offer the best of the gamer ecosystem and, in Rogue Unit, we have identified an extremely talented team with an above-average delivery capacity. There is a total synergy between what DRUID offers to brands and customers and what Rogue Unit is able to deliver within games.”
The first and only 100% Brazilian studio to be accelerated by Roblox Corp, enabling the creation of localized experiences for global platforms, Rogue Unit already has in its portfolio important cases, including the creation of SporTV Land, an official experience of the SporTV brand in platform Roblox, and Hyperlight Wings, an exciting plane battle game for the same platform.
“The partnership with DRUID is a real acceleration for us. We’ve already grown our team, we’re focused on creating amazing experiences for gamers and exploring the opportunity to work with larger customers and integrate a complete gaming ecosystem. We are ready to take our games and experiences to a new level.”, says Filipe Lucas, CEO and co-founder of Rogue Unit, which still has as partners and co-founders, Daniel Piassi and Vitor Ruas.
