We’re excited to announce that this dedication has come full circle: Storyblok has earned the Customer’s Choice designation in the March 2023 Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer”: Web Content Management report, the only CMS to do so, with 88% of respondents willing to recommend it.
The Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer presents opinions and points of view as expressed by users themselves. It synthesizes these thoughts as a resource for decision-makers considering the same products.
Scores are based on various factors, including review volume, market coverage, capabilities, and support/delivery quality. Based on the total scores, CMSs were assigned to one of four quadrants. The upper-right quadrant – the Customers’ Choice area – represents CMSs that meet or exceed both the market average overall experience and the market average user interest and adoption as determined by user responses.
Storyblok was the top result, earning the highest Customers’ Choice distinction with impressive results including:
- 94% 4 and 5-star ratings
- 88% willingness to recommend
- 4.6/5 support experience
