Renowned creative director brings two decades of experience and passion to the team
From an INTEL virtual concert with an avatar of infamous DJ, Diplo, to a campaign for L’envol perfume by Cartier, to an award-winning interactive AR campaign with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, multi-hyphenate creative director, Romain Demongeot is now bringing his wide-spanning talents to Rodeo FX’s Ads & Experiences division. Throughout his career, he has incorporated various technologies such as real-time 3D, VFX, Metaverse, virtual shoots, and always strives to incorporate R&D into his projects—all of this demonstrates his passion and affinity for diverse storytelling techniques. With an illustrious career spanning over two decades across continents, Demongeot has earned the distinction of a multi-skilled creative director, having spearheaded many highly-acclaimed events such as the launch of the Bentley EXP 100 GT.
In this new position, he’ll lead the division’s creative expertise which has ambitions to partner with agencies and brands on the most exciting and far-reaching projects in the industry.

His journey into the dynamic and ever-evolving world of advertising began with his graduation from ESAG Penninghen, a prestigious art school in Paris, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Concept and Art Direction. He began his career as an art director at Duke Razorfish in 2007 and quickly earned accolades for his imaginative interactive website for Levis. He later joined DDB where he worked as a copywriter and art director on several notable campaigns for prestigious brands, including McDonald’s. In 2016, he became creative director at UNIT9, where he unleashed his ingenuity, producing awe-inspiring advertising experiences including a giant stunt for telco Swisscom. Following his period as executive creative director in 2019, he joined MediaMonks as a global creative director, contributing to cutting-edge AI, VFX, and CG projects with clients such as Epic Games.
Today, he finds himself at Rodeo FX Ads & Experiences division where, as the global executive creative director, he aims to collaborate with brands and agencies to create story-centric ads and experiences that showcase the company’s expertise. His ultimate goal is to establish Rodeo FX as a key creative partner in the industry.
