Molly Jamison Appointed ECD at Arts & Letters

Molly was previously creative director at the agency

Molly Jamison has been appointed executive creative director at Arts & Letters, effective immediately. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing talent within the creative department, as well as continuing to lead initiatives for the agency’s partners such as ESPN. 

Molly joined Arts & Letters in 2020. Prior to ECD, she was creative director where she was responsible for creative on ESPN and Google Photos. During her time with the agency, she has helped grow the ESPN account, expanding brand platforms for ESPN’s ‘There’s No Place Like Sports’ and the NFL on ESPN’s “Ready for Football”, while adding new ESPN portfolio accounts including NBA, espnW, College Football, and reviving the beloved “This is Sportscenter” campaign.

“Arts & Letters has such immense talent across all departments and a creative bar that drives everyone,” Molly commented. “The past three years here have been so special, and I am so excited to join the leadership team of the company and lead the creative department alongside Danielle and Charles.”

Before that, Molly served as creative director at FIG in New York and worked on Ketel One. She started her career as Art Director and Copywriter at Barton F. Graf 9000, later moved on to Droga5, and then Wieden + Kennedy NY. 

She has led award-winning campaigns for leading brands, from Little Caesar’s Pizza to Delta Airlines to Quilted Northern. Her work has earned metal at all of the global creative awards shows including Clios, D&AD, One Show, ADC, and Cannes Lions.

With Molly’s new ECD appointment, she now joins the agency’s leadership team and will lead the creative department alongside ECDs Danielle Flagg and Charles Hodges, the agency’s founder. Molly is based in Richmond, VA.
