Melbourne-based food and beverage company Made Group has recently announced the successful launch of its in-house agency, which was developed in collaboration with Micro Agency, the in-house consultancy supported by M&C Saatchi Group.
Made Group, a vertically integrated business that manufactures and sells leading brands such as Cocobella, Impressed, Rokeby Farms, and NutrientWater, identified the need for greater control over its marketing efforts to ensure high-quality work and maximize return on investment. As part of this initiative, Cocobella recently unveiled a new campaign and rebranded packaging.
Micro Agency provided the necessary expertise for Made Group to establish an in-house agency tailored to their specific requirements. Through a four-phase process, Micro Agency assisted Made Group in creating a successful in-house agency that aligns with their marketing and communication objectives. They recruited and integrated professionals in areas such as Creative, Social and Content, and Digital Performance.
