The Badger Agency, a renowned advertising firm that champions female leadership, has made exciting announcements regarding its team. Madeline Lefferts, who initially joined Badger in 2018 as an account executive, has been promoted to the newly created role of head of account management, effective immediately.
Throughout her time at Badger, Madeline has held various positions and successfully worked on major accounts such as Olay, P&G, #NoKidsInCages, and Wella. In her new role, she will assume additional responsibilities, working closely with chief creative officer Madonna Badger and the agency leadership. Her focus will be on overseeing the account management team and operations.
Madonna expresses her unwavering confidence in Madeline, stating, “There is nobody more deserving of this role than Madeline. She skillfully handles our most significant accounts and pitches, continually creating new opportunities for success for both our agency and our clients.”
In addition to this promotion, the Badger Agency has welcomed two new members to its team:
- Victoria Finley, who joins as an account supervisor. Victoria’s most recent experience includes working with various consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands at Grey NY, where she was recognized as the Agency MVP last summer.
- Anansa Bernard, who assumes the position of senior producer. With a specialization in fashion and beauty campaigns, Bernard has contributed her expertise in all aspects of production for renowned brands such as Estee Lauder, Shiseido, Bare Minerals, and Covergirl.
