Full-Service Media Agency Names Arthi Veeraragavan as Head of Analytics, Harry Drake as Media Supervisor, and Katharine Painter as Media Director
New York, NY – May 4, 2023 – Today, independent media agency Apollo Partners announces three key appointments that will advance the enhancement of its media, data, and analytics offerings. Arthi Veeraragavan joins as Head of Analytics and Harry Drake as Media Supervisor, while Katharine Painter steps into the position of Media Director, all newly created roles. These moves come on the heels of Apollo Partners getting named as media agency of record for Nature’s Bakery, RedKap, and Bolt last month.
Reporting directly to Managing Director Alison Mayes, Veeraragavan will drive the agency’s data, insights, and analytics offering by providing clients including Nature’s Bakery, RedKap, and Bolt with a clear vision and roadmap to measure the impact of marketing efforts on their business goals. Having spent over a decade in the analytics space, she has a proven track record of helping brands find innovative solutions to measure the success of their marketing efforts. Her experience spans verticals including financial services, CPG, retail, utility, and spirits at agencies including Tierney, Muhtayzik Hoffer (now VCCP), and Goodby Silverstein & Partners.
“Apollo perfectly blends people-first and results-driven approaches, and that’s what attracted me to the agency,” said Veeraragavan. “I previously worked with Founder Eric Perko at Muhtayzik Hoffer and look forward to partnering with him once again to drive success for our clients. We need more leadership and innovation like his in this industry.”
Starcom and Merkle vet Drake will manage day-to-day media deliverables and support other strategic needs for Bolt. He will report directly to Painter, whose remit entails leading the planning team in media strategy, planning, and buying as a key point of contact across Apollo Partners’ full client roster. A major player at the agency and trusted partner to Apollo’s full client roster, Painter most recently held the role of Associate Media Director, propelling the agency toward continued growth. Before joining Apollo Partners two years ago, she held roles at Canvas Worldwide, Digitas North America, and Muhtayzik Hoffer (now VCCP), working with clients including American Express, AAA, and Twitter, among other brands.
“In speaking with the team, it became clear that Apollo is breaking the media industry’s norms, creating new paths for its client and the industry at large. I look forward to moving that mission forward and learning from my jack-of-all-trade teammates along the way,” said Drake.
“Apollo Partners is a special place. The lack of silos, coupled with the variety of verticals we cover, makes the impact of our work evident,” added Painter. “I’m excited to step into this new role, especially alongside these new team members, to continue delivering outside-of-the box, results-driven media plans for our clients.”
Veeragavan, Drake, and Painter begin their new roles immediately.
