Paul will help TBWA\London push its creative output to the next level
TBWA\London has hired multi award winning former BBC Creative ECD, Paul Jordan as executive creative director, adding even more best-in-class experience, firepower and flair to its growing senior team.
With significant creative leadership experience across multiple top agencies, Paul has been hired to help TBWA\London push its creative output to the next level while increasing the agency’s impact in the industry and the wider world.
Working closely with and reporting to Andy Jex, TBWA\London CCO, he will be client-facing as well as working on pitches and developing creative teams, specifically supporting and encouraging young and diverse talent into and within the agency.
The hiring is another in a string of industry-leading appointments by the agency as it looks to build and diversify its business, improve its offering for clients and disrupt the industry. His appointment follows that of Sandie Dilger as CSO in February 2022 and multi-award-winning producer Melody Sylvester as chief production officer in November 2022.
Prior to BBC Creative, Paul was the ECD at Engine, WCRS and McGarryBowen. He has worked with iconic brands such as, Honda, Branston, Anchor, adidas and Nike. His creative work includes the world’s first TV ad shot on a mobile, an hour-long TV programme for Nike and a string of famous campaigns for Honda. His awards cabinet includes four D&AD Yellow Pencils and four Cannes Gold Lions.
As a self confessed extrovert, Paul is eager to get to grips with all aspects of the agency and connect with everyone across the TBWA\ network, believing there is strength in exchanging ideas across all roles.
He, said, “I have been a long term admirer of Andy Jex and the agency’s creative work. It’s a great opportunity to work alongside him and a diverse award winning team. I’m eager to capture and share more of the creative magic TBWA\London is famously known for and add my own bold ideas into the mix .”
