Ogilvy UK have been appointed as McCarthy’s Stone’s first full-service Experience agency after a competitive pitch run by Oystercatchers. The remit of the brief is to support McCarthy Stone’s CRM, lead nurture and customer journey. Ogilvy UK’s goal is to maximise the data available, leverage the existing martech and transform conversion rates along the customer journey.
McCarthy Stone is the UK’s leading developer and manager of retirement communities. As pioneers in retirement properties, their brand is synonymous with aspirational retirement living. The business manages nearly 500 retirement communities and supports over 20,000 older people around the country, providing a range of property maintenance, care and support services.
