Three Ireland’s ‘The Island’ has been selected as a Global Grand Effie Contender in this year’s Global Best of the Best competition

Boys + Girls, Ireland’s most effective Creative Agency were double delighted to be shortlisted with their work at both the Global Best of the Best and the Best of Europe Effies this week.

Three Ireland’s ‘The Island’ has been selected as a Global Grand Effie Contender in this year’s Global Best of the Best competition, the only B2B campaign globally to make it through.

Effies describe the awards, ‘Becoming a Global Grand Effie contender signifies your work was one of the most effective marketing efforts from Effie’s worldwide network of 55+ programs spanning 125 markets, having met clear objectives with an insightful marketing strategy, effective creative, and the results to prove it worked’.

Winners will be announced in early December.

Secondarily their work for Skoda in Long Term Effectiveness and again for Three has also been shortlisted for Best of Europe Effies with winners announced late November.

Margaret Gilesenan, Chief Strategy Director Boys + Girls says, ‘Effectiveness is vital in raising the profile of marketing and advertising within the C -Suite and ensuring that it’s rightfully seen as a key driver for business. We’re delighted to see our work for our Clients recognised globally as being amongst the very best and we’ll continue to push to prove that great work works’
