Rotterdam School of Management Moves People to ‘Stay in Motion’ in Brand Awareness Spot

Media.Monks campaign invites professionals to stay ambitious, stay inspired and to stay in motion to fulfil their career goals

In their newest campaign ‘Stay in Motion’, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) invites people to stay ambitious, stay inspired and to stay in motion when it comes to their professional development. Standing still is going backwards, and to keep your career (and company in motion) RSM, among the top business schools in Europe, invites professionals to follow one of their Executive Education (EE) or MBA programmes. 

The integrated campaign, live in print, (D)OOH, online film, digital and on social media, has been created by Media.Monks, from ideation to execution. Within the digital company, the persuasive creativity experts collaborated with the Film.Monks to bring the campaign to life.

Brandon Kirby, director of marketing, sales and admissions at Rotterdam School of Management, says, “People are always in motion, especially when it comes to their careers. With this campaign we wanted to position the extra value of our EE and MBA programmes when it comes to accelerating your career, in whichever way direction you desire. Media.Monks not only helped us with the behavioural insights to connect with our audience, but also created the beautiful artwork that you can see in the visual ideation of the campaign.”

Pieter Schouten, associate creative director at Media.Monks, adds, “In this current employment climate, when lots of people are on the move to find personal and professional growth, climbing the career ladder or chasing a higher salary aren’t fundamental drivers anymore. Work must have meaning. It’s been great to work together with Rotterdam School of Management to visualise this concept of motion and to invite people to expand their skills to have true impact within their careers – whichever way they decide to move.”
