With Hyundai’s large range of innovation, the brand places itself in the forefront of an electric and technological revolution. Together with Innocean Berlin and renowned director duo Dorian and Daniel, the Korean car maker created its largest European campaign to date, proving that Hyundai does not onlytake people from A to B, but also from today to tomorrow.
Four 30-second ads, accompanied by an overarching brand film, are showcasing Hyundai’s most impactful innovations. From Car of the Year IONIQ 5 to robot SPOT, Urban Air Mobilityand robotaxis. From the new IONIQ 6 to XCIENT Fuel Cell trucks and a Hydrogen City concept. The brand demonstrates how progress comes in many shapes and forms. With some innovations from today, and some for tomorrow, they all have the purpose to power people’s worlds.
The campaign, which goes hand in hand with the photography created by lifestyle-automotive photographer Dave Hill, constantly creates beautiful connections between technology and personal storytelling – giving a fascinating glimpse into what the brand is achieving in the area of sustainability and innovative mobility, and how its technologies fundamentally improve people’s lives.
With visual effects by bEpic, this captivating journey lets the viewer dive into the excitement of how the very near future, which Hyundai is already investing in, looks like, creating a feeling of harmony between technology and humanity. With this campaign, Hyundai proves its move from car manufacturing to mobility service provider, powering people in beautiful and efficient ways.
The campaign, shot in Barcelona and its outskirts in the summer of 2022, will run across Europe on TV, social media, print and OOH.
“Hyundai’s brief to us was to show how the brand brings progress to humanity. Our job was quite simple: we didn’t have to make promises like many brands, instead we focused on showing the products they have today. From electric vehicles, to flying autonomous taxis or the latest in robotics, no OEM offers people such a range of mobility services. So, whatever you are after, let Hyundai power your world.”
Gabriel Mattar, European CCO, Innocean Berlin.
