Mint Introduces Elliott Altilia as New Group Strategy Director

The strategic team at Mint continues to grow with the recent announcement of Elliott Altilia joining as the new group strategy director. Elliott is a creative strategist that for the past eight years worked at Sid Lee where he held positions at their Montreal, Toronto, and US locations. 

His decade of experience involves working on large campaigns with Molson Coors, The Canadian Olympic Committee, and Subway Restaurants. He brings knowledge from his work on a wide variety of clients that will be useful for Mint’s current and future business ventures.

With over a decade of experience, Elliott brings creative thinking to traditional business paradigms. Elliott has worked across categories and disciplines, partnering with brands like Heineken USA, Dos Equis, DAZN, Hydro One, Keurig, Absolut, and Cascade Tissue to unlock new sources of growth for their brands. Elliott aims to help clients bridge the gap between their business ambitions and the creative product that makes people care about their brand. 

Elliott joins the growing strategic team at Mint in hopes of providing leadership and new perspectives for the department. His role will be essential to fostering the strategic senior leadership within Mint.
